Meet our Centre Director
Rebecca Szalek
I started at Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten in August, and already feel a part of the family. The team at Imagine Childcare are amazing. The family culture we have created, means it is a place where everyone wants to be – from the minute you walk in the door and smell the amazing coffee made by our Chef, to the interactions you have with each and every one of our Educators and staff here.
I have just over 10 years’ experience working in the Early Childhood industry, and I am grateful to have been managing for nearly 6 years. My overall goal as a Centre Manager, is to be supportive and welcoming to both my team and our families, as I know first-hand having two babies of my own, that you are entrusting us with your most precious gift.
I look forward to meeting all the children and families who walk through our front door. We strive to live up to all your hopes and expectations here at Imagine Childcare & Kindergarten Cranbourne.
I absolutely love everything about this centre. All the staff are absolutely lovely in transitioning my child into the world of daycare. They have been supportive and caring and all round just wonderful. They make you feel warm and welcomed and have good nutritious meals. Before we started here my child would barely eat and now he comes home and eats me out of house and home 🙂

My two daughters have been attending Imagine for a few weeks now and I can honestly say they absolutely LOVE going! The girls love saying good morning to Boris the bunny every morning! The Educators are amazing; they are so understanding of the kids needs and provide them with so many fantastic experiences. We love receiving the daily photos and learning stories. The Director, Mel, is outstanding! She is so supportive and incredibly helpful, she’s helped me on so many occasions I’ve lost count now but she always does it with a smile. The food served is incredible AND don’t get me started on the free coffees! Definitely a wonderful place to be a part of!

BEST CHILDCARE EVER!! Highly recommend starting your little ones here!! My daughter absolutely loves going and I know she is learning so much being there twice a week! She is always so happy when we walk into Nursery 1. All the staff are so friendly and just the best decision we made putting our baby girl in there twice a week! I rave to all my friends, family, co-workers and strangers about how great the place is!!

The staff are warm and my daughter has a great bond with all her teachers.
