Imagine Childcare and Preschool Orange Recognised at the Central West Early Childhood Awards
We are thrilled to share some exciting news from Imagine Childcare and Preschool Orange! Our centre has been nominated for the Excellence in Teamwork and Culture award at the 2025 Central West Early Childhood Awards, an event recognising outstanding contributions to Early Childhood Education across the Central West region of New South Wales.
The Central West Early Childhood Awards celebrate the dedication, passion, and innovation of Educators and early learning centres. Being nominated is a significant honour, as it highlights not only individual excellence but also the collaborative spirit that makes a centre truly exceptional. For Imagine Childcare Orange, this nomination is a testament to the incredible culture our team has cultivated over the years, one built on respect, support, and shared commitment to the children and families in our care.
Why Teamwork and Culture Matter
At Imagine Childcare Orange, we know that a positive workplace culture doesn’t just benefit our Educators, it directly impacts the children in our care. When a team works seamlessly together, children experience consistent, nurturing, and high-quality learning environments. Our nomination recognises the countless ways our team collaborates behind the scenes: from planning innovative activities and supporting children through everyday challenges, to mentoring new Educators and celebrating each other’s successes. It’s the combined energy, expertise, and dedication of our Educators that creates the thriving, welcoming environment that families have come to know and trust.
The awards night will take place on Saturday, 1 November 2025 at Panthers Bathurst, where Educators and centres from across the region will come together to celebrate excellence in Early Childhood Education. While the outcome of the awards is eagerly anticipated, we believe that the nomination itself is a reflection of the remarkable teamwork, culture, and commitment our staff demonstrates every day.
We are incredibly proud of our entire Imagine Childcare Orange family, from Educators to support staff, for making our centre such a positive, collaborative, and inspiring place for children to grow, learn, and flourish. This recognition belongs to all of you.
