The Excellence in Customer Service category highlights businesses that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional experiences for their customers—and we’re proud to be recognised for the commitment we bring to our families and community every day.

Being nominated in the Excellence in Customer Service category is a testament to the heart of what we do—building strong, trusted relationships with our families, and providing an early education experience where every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to grow.

A Centre That Feels Like Home

At Imagine Childcare & Preschool Tamworth, we understand that choosing an early learning centre is a deeply personal decision for families. That’s why our team works hard to ensure that every child feels safe, valued, and inspired from their very first day. Our purpose-built centre features beautifully designed learning environments, large natural outdoor play spaces, and thoughtfully planned programs that support each child’s development and interests.

We offer high-quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with a dedicated Preschool Program led by qualified Early Childhood Teachers. Our play-based curriculum is underpinned by the Early Years Learning Framework and encourages creativity, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning.

And for families, we offer so much more than care and education. From all-inclusive extras like healthy meals, nappies, and extracurricular activities, to free barista coffee for parents at ‘drop-off’, we aim to support busy parents in every way we can. It’s this level of thoughtful care that we believe sets us apart—and that this award nomination recognises.
